We are also “Fair on Fees”, offering transparent discussions on costs before any work begins, with flexible fee structures tailored to the complexity and duration of your case.
The clerks room is open between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, though in case of emergency please do not hesitate to contact Mark Windebank (Senior clerk) on 07748 984 852 who will be happy to assist.

Our clerks will discuss the requirements of your case and the appropriate fee scheme ahead of any work being undertaken. Both hourly rates and/or fixed/capped fees are available. Our fees will reflect the complexity and nature of the work, its estimated duration and the experience and expertise of your chosen Counsel.
