It has now been a little over 6 weeks since the Pathfinder model launched in Hampshire and Isle of Wight. The Local Implementation Group (LIG) have been meeting regularly to discuss progress and address quickly any issues that have arisen.
Since the beginning of January training has taken place across all the Local Authorities. Judicial training has started with one more session still be run and Magistrates training is set to take place in early March which will focus on judicial conciliation.
HMCTS staff completing case progression duties have been busy issuing a higher than usual number of applications and completing the calls to litigants in person to explain the pro-cess to them. Cafcass and all of the local authorities in this area have been asked to complete Child Impact Reports and are in the process of completing them.
