Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence

Client care is a key part of our work and our relationship with clients is paramount.  We endeavour properly to identify the needs of our clients and we understand the importance of dealing with cases efficiently, tactfully and sensitively.  We provide clear and comprehensive advice; with real depth and range of experience across all personal injury and clinical negligence matters.

Barristers at No 18 Chambers regularly appear in the County and High Courts.  Members of the Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence teams frequently advise in writing and often advise injured clients in conference.

The team focus on achieving the best possible outcome for the lay client by providing clear and realistic advice. We are often involved in the decision making process, such as the choice of expert witness, gathering of evidence, surveillance recordings and the reserve to be put on a claim. Our members are experienced in the preparation of detailed schedules and counter-schedules of special damages.
