The Association of Lawyers for Children has noted that suspension of the requirements of the President's guidance for e-Bundles used in the Family Court and Family Division comes to an end on 31 December 2022. From that date, all e-bundles prepared for use in care proceedings must comply with the guidance dated 29 November 2021 as amended by the President's Guidance issued on 21 December 2021.
Darren Howe KC has been working with a group of practitioners, including the ALC's Siobhan Kelly, to devise some Recommendations for Complying with the E-bundles Guidance for Electronic Bundles in Public Law Cases.
