We deal with cases sensitively and tactfully, with emphasis on achieving an outcome that makes our clients feel safe and secure. Our barristers have experience in representing both applicants and respondents. We are able to provide urgent advice at all stages of the process from emergency applications, ex-parte applications, return dates and contested hearings. We represent clients in proceedings under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and the Family Law Act 1996  (including Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders).  We also accept instructions for committal hearings.

The team are able to offer expertise in dealing with other applications under the Children Act 1989, or in relation family finance.
