No 18 Resolution
Dispute Resolution is an alternative to the uncertainty of court proceedings and litigation. It is a way of managing litigation, stress and delay. The benefits are that it is faster than litigation as things are able to get moving in weeks not months, it’s flexible with less formality and above all it’s very cost effective.
