Child Support Collection (Domestic Abuse) Act 2023
The Child Support Collection (Domestic Abuse) Bill received Royal Assent on 29 June 2023 and the bill is now an Act of Parliament.
The Act makes provision enabling the making of arrangements for the collection of child support maintenance in cases involving domestic abuse.
