Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence

Members of Chambers act for both claimants and defendants in personal injury, clinical negligence, product liability and fatal accident claims. We have experienced advocates at all levels of seniority. Our work includes (but is not limited to): road traffic accidents; catastrophic brain and spinal injury; accidents at work; industrial disease; stress and bullying at work; and failures to diagnose. We have represented Properly Interested Parties at Inquests. We have also been involved in cases where jurisdictional issues engage and claims against the Ministry of Defence.

Client care is a key part of our work and our relationship with clients is paramount.  We endeavour properly to identify the needs of our clients and we understand the importance of dealing with cases efficiently, tactfully and sensitively.  We provide clear and comprehensive advice; with real depth and range of experience across all personal injury and clinical negligence matters.

Barristers at No 18 Chambers regularly appear in the County and High Courts.  Members of the Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence teams frequently advise in writing and often advise injured clients in conference.
